Job Summary
Warehouse Operations Associate responsible for general inventory tasks (shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, physical inventory counts, transfers) and activation/testing of telematics devices, plus troubleshooting issues to ensure devices can be shipped to customers. Requires attention to detail, strong customer service, teamwork, and excellent time management/data entry skills in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification is required or achievable within the first week; role is entry level and based at EquipmentShare's Richmond, VA facility with typical Monday–Friday schedule and occasional on-call weekend time in special circumstances.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse environment required
- Proficiency with inventory software, database, and management systems
- Complete order requests for pick-ups
- Familiarity with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic tools
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Forklift certified required or achievable within first week of employment
