Job Summary
Warehouse Operations Associate at EquipmentShare responsible for inventory-related tasks including shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, physical inventory counting, and transfers; also activates and tests telematics devices and troubleshoots issues preventing shipment. Requires strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, teamwork, and the ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment. Entry-level role with opportunities for growth; forklift certification required or achievable within the first week. Schedule is Monday–Friday with overtime after 40 hours; on-call weekends in special circumstances.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Forklift certified or achievable within first week
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Proficiency with inventory software, database, and management systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
