Job Summary
The Warehouse Operations and Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Budderfly’s warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment. The role requires a hands-on leader experienced in ERP utilization and process optimization to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or materials management roles
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory control best practices
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong background in lean or continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard warehouse equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Advanced ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
- Ability to design and implement scalable processes
