Job Summary
Warehouse Operations Analyst at Kuehne+Nagel will drive operational excellence for third-party logistics warehousing operations in Brownsburg, IN by analyzing warehouse capacity and throughput data, collaborating with 3PL providers on operational design and performance, and supporting end-to-end logistics processes to ensure seamless manufacturing supply operations. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, 5S adherence, data integrity, and development of performance metrics, while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance with customer guidelines. The candidate will coordinate with 3PL management, develop roadmaps that integrate capacity and material movement, and maintain SOPs and training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and their application in warehouse operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Working knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and materials management systems used across inbound, production, and outbound processes
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify process gaps, and translate findings into system or workflow improvements
- Familiarity with documentation standards, data integrity requirements, and controlled document environments
- Hands-on experience with SAP, SAP EWM, or other enterprise-level WMS/ERP platforms
