Job Summary
Supervise daily warehouse operations, monitoring workflows, accuracy, and productivity via ERP/WMS systems while ensuring minimal product damage and strict adherence to safety policies. Manage product inventory, maintain equipment through pre/post inspections, and handle operational disruptions by communicating with operators and vendors. Conduct accident investigations, train workers, and facilitate verbal and written communication with internal departments and external carriers. Requires a valid driver's license, OSHA 10-hr certificate, and bilingual Korean/English proficiency. Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 year of warehouse experience
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- 3 year of warehouse experience
- Valid Driver's License
- OSHA 10-hr Certificate Knowledge
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft EXCEL, MS-Word, and Power Point, etc
- Must have 3 years of warehousing experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
- Project management for Operations management experience will be a plus
- Knowledge of Warehousing, Logistics, and Transportation will be helpful
