Warehouse Operation Specialist

Job Summary
Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations including receiving, placement, shipment and returns; maintain inventory accuracy through stock counts and system tracking (SAP/ERP); coordinate with logistics and internal teams to support transport planning; uphold HSE standards and maintain a clean, safe warehouse; identify improvement opportunities to enhance process efficiency; perform accurate data entry and reporting using SAP/ERP and Excel; support field operations and respond to customer-related operational needs as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics-related roles
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Excel
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track and resolve discrepancies
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with cross-functional coordination
- Proactive in identifying bottlenecks and proposing practical solutions
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks in warehouse environments
