Job Summary
The Warehouse Office Clerk is responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, completing data entry, and ensuring excellent customer service within the regional distribution center. Duties include auditing shipments, verifying inventory, tracking shipment status, and maintaining databases. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. A high school diploma or GED and two or more years of clerical office or customer service experience are necessary, along with data entry proficiency.
Required Qualifications

- 2 plus years of clerical office / customer service experience required
- Proficient data entry skills required
Desired Qualifications

- Prior SAP experience
- Inventory control experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
