Job Summary
Coordinate transportation, ship products, and perform clerical tasks to support warehouse operations. Greet customers, drivers and visitors; maintain and update dock schedule information; schedule outbound shipments; coordinate shipping and receiving dock activities; prepare shipping labels; handle data entry and prepare written reports; provide customer service to internal and external customers and carriers; ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipping information; maintain clean and safe work area; interact with team members in a warehouse setting; follow company policies and safety rules; perform other duties as needed. This is an office-based role with occasional interaction in a warehouse setting and requires attention to detail, problem solving, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
