Job Summary
Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and meet business needs. Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality, develop solutions for identified inefficiencies, and create dashboards using SQL. Train team members on system usage, ensure compliance with established policies, and maintain comprehensive system documentation and reports. Identify and address potential issues and risks proactively. Work Wednesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 3 a.m. to support DHL Supply Chain's ongoing growth and customer delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT similar field
- 0+ years analytics experience
