Job Summary
Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker; use scanners to locate and store inventory and assist with inventory control. Expect to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally, with team lifting or mechanical assistance for heavy tires; push with up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or industrial tires. Work at heights up to 25 feet and adhere to safety policies. May assist other departments as needed. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment
- Ability to pass forklift certification
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
