Job Summary
Safely and efficiently move materials within the warehouse using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Accurately pick and pack materials for residential electrical projects, verifying the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing deliveries. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock counts, and processing returns of excess materials in accordance with company procedures. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure a safe work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. This role requires a clean driving record, the ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and forklift certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be physically able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday, with limited sitting. This role requires being on your feet approximately 95% of the time.
- Must be able to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 80 pounds.
- Must be able to climb and work on ladders up to 10 feet in height.
- Must have the ability to use hands and arms to handle tools and perform repetitive tasks.
- A clean driving record is necessary.
Desired Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a Warehouse or Construction environment preferred.
- Forklift Certification preferred.
