Job Summary
As a warehouse associate, you’ll help move products from the warehouse to customers, loading and unloading trucks, counting and recording items, scanning barcodes to track inventory, and assembling, labeling, palletizing, and routing materials for delivery or storage. You will operate or learn equipment (forklift, pallet jack, handheld scanner) in a fast-paced, safe warehouse environment, ensuring products are kept organized and protected from damage. The role emphasizes accuracy in picking/packing, adherence to safety procedures, and teamwork to support efficient order fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, or up to 75 lbs with assistance
- Ability to stand and walk for much of your shift
- Basic math skills (add and subtract numbers)
- Willingness to learn how to operate equipment like a forklift and handheld scanning device (training provided)
- Ability to work in various temperatures within the warehouse
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
