Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documents. Safely transport raw materials, supplies, and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Store materials in designated warehouse locations, maintain accurate inventory records in NetSuite, and replenish production materials to support manufacturing schedules. Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and FIFO practices while maintaining proper material traceability. Prepare receiving, shipping, and inventory documentation, review shipments for quality and quantity discrepancies, and assist with 5S standards to keep the warehouse organized and safe. Communicate with internal departments to resolve material issues and support production needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of warehouse and/or material handling experience
- Minimum 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience
- Safe forklift operation (sit-down propane preferred)
- Inventory control and material handling
- Basic computer skills and WMS/ERP data entry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Dependable and safety-focused
- Forklift Certification or the ability to obtain certification upon hire
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with WMS or ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus
