Warehouse Material Handler

Job Summary
Lead the daily flow of warehouse materials including accurate shipping/receiving, delivering materials when necessary, and maintaining inventory control. Operate forklift with safety in mind; ensure a clean, safe work environment; assist technicians with loading materials; build relationships with field technicians to meet warehousing needs; maintain and repair warehouse equipment; contribute to safe disposal of waste and overall warehouse efficiency. Requires 3+ years of warehouse experience (telecom industry preferred), Forklift certification is an asset, strong Excel/Microsoft skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and ability to work independently or in a team with travel between Ledcor warehouses.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of warehouse experience; Telecommunications industry experience preferred
- Experience handling inbound and outbound stock
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving customer demands
- Forklift Operator Certification is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations
- Able to meet physical requirements (sitting, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds)
- Travel between multiple Ledcor warehouses as needed
