Job Summary
Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements. Verify quality, type, and amount of materials received, ensuring correct documentation is present. Unpack, label, and stock inventory items while handling delicate goods with high attention to detail. Package items for customer and internal manufacturing shipments, print postage, and coordinate freight scheduling through FedEx and UPS. Perform shipping and receiving transactions in MS NAV (ERP), conduct weekly cycle counts, and monitor the shipping and receiving dock. Reports directly to the Production Manager. Requires high school diploma, 2-3 years related experience, and ability to lift 60 lbs. First shift 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years related experience
- Proven ability to consistently and independently follow policies and procedures, instructions, and to meet schedules required
- Good computer skills to navigate ERP systems, Outlook and shipping software
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
