Job Summary
Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Manage accurate tote induction, staging, and truck loading/unloading while handling daily paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading. Provide technical maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours. Operate state-of-the-art equipment safely while adhering to strict performance measurement guidelines and contract duties. This role requires a valid forklift license and one year of related experience. Candidates must be available for a flexible schedule with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
- Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work using health and safety methods
- Must be available to work on a flexible schedule on the various work shifts
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to be a team player and able to work within a diverse work environment
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Able to work within a diverse work environment
