Job Summary
Load and unload merchandise from semi-trailers, flatbeds, and overseas containers. Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, bins, or pallets. Operate RF scanners to access the Warehouse Inventory Control system. Print and apply shipping labels, stickers, and placards to ensure accurate product identification. Safely transport merchandise using forklifts or pallet jacks. Wrap products as needed using a wrapping machine to ensure safety and security. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a valid Fleet Farm forklift license and operate equipment safely at all times
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience
- Comfort working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Basic math and computer skills
