Job Summary
Perform routine cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records by verifying quantities and ensuring materials are stored in correct warehouse locations. Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility while supporting parts and finished goods shipping operations. Pick, move, and stage materials to support daily warehouse activities, including loading, unloading, and maintaining organized inventory locations for easy identification. Research and report inventory discrepancies when physical counts do not match records, following safety procedures to keep the work environment clean. Move between O'Fallon and St. Charles locations as operational needs require, working collaboratively with team members to keep materials and orders moving efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sit-down forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift and regularly bend, lift, stand, walk, and move materials
- Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Must be able and willing to work at both the O'Fallon and St. Charles locations as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and track inventory
- Dependable transportation and ability to maintain consistent attendance
- Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, material handling, inventory, cycle counting, shipping, or receiving experience
- Stand-up forklift experience
