Job Summary
As a Warehouse Material Handler on the afternoon shift, you will ensure efficient operations by receiving, storing, selecting, packing, and shipping warehouse inventory using a Warehouse Management System. Key responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, maintaining safety standards, and conducting cycle counts. Candidates should be prepared for physical demands such as lifting and climbing, and must be at least 18 years old with a strong work ethic. While 2+ years of experience and familiarity with warehouse systems are preferred, there's no specific educational requirement.
Required Qualifications
- No fear of heights
- Perform physical requirements in a warehouse environment including lifting various loads, cutting wire, climbing ladders and staying on the move in various temperatures, depending on the location
- Must pass pre-employment physical testing
- Minimum 18 years of age required
- Good attendance and work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years experience preferred
- Prior large warehouse experience using a warehouse management system preferred
