Job Summary
Receive materials, pull orders for walk-in customers, operate forklifts, and load products onto delivery trucks. Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse; respond to sales floor calls; complete pick ticket orders; unload/receive all OTR deliveries; pull and stage orders for each company delivery truck; perform rotating loading/unloading duties; provide excellent customer service; safely operate forklifts; treat customers and coworkers professionally. Building-materials experience is a plus, and a positive attitude and teamwork are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 75-100 pounds consistently
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to respond to calls from the sales floor in a timely manner
- Experience with unloading/receiving deliveries and pulling/staging orders
