Job Summary
Load and unload tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse using industrial equipment (forklift or picker). Use scanners for locating and storing tires, assist with inventory control, and operate within safety policies. Expected to lift 50 lb consistently and up to 80 lb occasionally, with team lifts or mechanical assistance for heavy tires, and up to 40 lb pushing for barrels and industrial tires. Must work on feet for extended periods, be comfortable at heights up to 25 feet, and may rotate to other departments as needed. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
- Ability to pass forklift certification
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
