Job Summary
Conduct all aspects of warehouse functions, including unloading trucks, checking in products with proper markings, and organizing new receipts. Document material movement on BOLs, trailer load documents, and packing lists with identification, count, and signatures. Verify correct product pulled for transfer lists, document lot information, and assist with inventory counts and placement in non-climate-controlled conditions. Maintain good housekeeping throughout the shift and perform basic math skills for inventory accuracy. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, or three months of certified forklift experience, and involves lifting 50 lbs. in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A minimum of 3 full months of documented experience as a certified fork lift/heavy lift driver
- Previous powered industrial truck (PIT) experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
- Competent and trustworthy to comply with federal inspection programs and company safety and health policies
- Ability to wear proper PPE for work environment
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Be available to work scheduled hours, which may include mandatory overtime, depending upon production demands
