Job Summary
Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse using forklifts and picker equipment. Operate scanners to locate inventory, manage stock racks up to 25 feet tall, and assist with inventory control. Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally 80 pounds, using team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires. Work on your feet for extended periods while adhering to all safety policies and protective equipment guidelines. May assist ecomm, inventory, and will call departments as business needs dictate. Schedule includes Sunday and Monday through Thursday evenings, with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
- Ability to pass forklift certification
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States
