Job Summary
Oversee material flow from procurement through production to finished goods, ensuring material availability, lean logistics, and efficient supply chain operations. Manage and develop material flow supervisors and staff for receiving, replenishment, material movement, and loading; optimize warehouse logistics and material movement to production lines; coordinate with procurement and production planning to manage material flow; enforce safety and regulatory compliance; implement best practices for material handling, storage, and space utilization; track key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing support functions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of related experience in logistics, supply chain management, and material flow planning
- 3+ years of direct supervisory experience
