Job Summary
Manage all warehouse functions including staff supervision, material receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and housekeeping. Supervise personnel while training them on material issuance and yard maintenance. Coordinate project material staging, OCTG movements, and MRP order procurement to prevent stockouts. Perform annual physical inventories, generate data for obsolete reviews, and process material transfers. Initiate sales of surplus items with proper approval. Create standard operating procedures and interview applicants for warehouse associate roles. Must operate heavy equipment safely, hold a valid driver's license, and lift up to 50lbs. Review staff time sheets and attend operational meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood
- 3-5 years of Oil and Gas industry warehousing and heavy equipment operation experience
- Certification to operate front end loader
- Certification to operate standard forklift
- Certification to operate electric reach truck
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to move and lift up to 50lbs unassisted
