Warehouse Manager

Direct all warehouse operations including safe, accurate receiving, storage, and shipment of materials to meet customer service objectives. Supervise a team of warehouse employees and delivery drivers by handling hiring, delegation, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Manage preventative maintenance for equipment like forklifts and vehicles while ensuring proper certification. Coordinate annual physical inventory activities, address discrepancies, and maintain strict control over inventory levels. Dispatch trucks or utilize third-party providers to meet delivery schedules and communicate freight variances. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding security and safety. Requires a BS/BA degree, 7+ years of experience, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Minimum pay is $70,600.00.
