Job Summary
Coordinate all warehouse and transportation functions to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while fostering an equitable environment. Ensure team members are trained safely with appropriate PPE, lead accident investigations, and proactively identify hazards to eliminate unsafe conditions. Regularly audit the facility for policy compliance, manage shift staffing and performance targets, and address material flow issues through corrective action plans. Monitor third-party supplier performance, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and drive automation and digitization efforts. Establish a strategic roadmap for warehousing operations and facilitate standard work implementation.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive leadership in a fast-paced, high volume, Lean Manufacturing Environment
- Good PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Proven track record working with people and strong interpersonal, collaboration skills

- Degree in Supply Chain or related field
