Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation while optimizing warehouse layout to maximize space utilization. Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to maintain productivity and operational discipline, implementing safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and monitor performance metrics to drive process improvements. Manage inbound and outbound shipments with proper documentation and maintain warehouse equipment and infrastructure. Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to support smooth inventory flow. Requires 4-8 years of experience; immediate full-time in-office or remote availability needed.
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 8 years experience
- MBA or Related Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch management
- Inventory management and stock control with experience in cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP tools, and MS Excel for tracking and reporting
- Team leadership and workforce management to supervise, train, and improve warehouse staff productivity
- Knowledge of safety standards, compliance procedures, and warehouse operational best practices
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills to manage daily warehouse activities efficiently
- Available for full-time (in-office) at Dodaballapur or Remote
- Willing to join immediately
