Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day organization and operation of the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory of tools, equipment, materials, and supplies. Track issued assets, verify deliveries, and prepare all necessary resources for upcoming project mobilizations before crews depart. Organize storage areas, conduct regular inventory counts, and coordinate repairs to ensure equipment is safe and ready for the next job. Work closely with Operations and Project Management to reduce lost equipment and prevent last-minute scrambling, ensuring field teams have everything they need to execute commercial construction projects successfully.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely lift, move, load, and organize tools, equipment, and materials associated with warehouse operations
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, construction, equipment, logistics, or operations experience
- Experience managing tools, equipment, or construction-related inventory
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with inventory tracking systems, spreadsheets, mobile applications, and basic computer software
- Ability to establish and consistently follow processes
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to identify problems and resolve them without requiring constant direction
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may change
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with office and field employees
