Warehouse Manager

In-store Warehouse Manager responsible for overseeing warehouse operations at the Tile Shop location, including preparing packing and shipping documents, picking and staging outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and damage-free inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining an orderly work area, and handling forklift-based material movement. Role requires reading customer orders and requisitions to assemble orders, organizing materials by size/type/code, completing inventory paperwork (shipping/receiving confirmations, POs, open orders), maintaining inventory accuracy, labeling back stock, participating in cycle counts, loading/unloading customer vehicles with proper paperwork, processing incoming freight, and using equipment like forklifts. Must maintain safety standards, perform basic math and computer tasks, and be able to manually move and lift 50–100 lb boxes; willing to work nights and weekends as part of a team rotation.
