Job Summary
Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping; lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and supervisors; manage inventory control with cycle counts and loss prevention; ensure safety and OSHA compliance; optimize processes to reduce costs and boost productivity; manage warehouse budget and vendor relationships; collaborate with customer service to ensure product availability and timely shipping; monitor KPIs and prepare actionable reports for senior management; maintain certifications and licenses as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in warehouse or branch operations management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and staff supervision
- Proven leadership and team management skills; strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and compliance standards
- Forklift certification preferred
