Warehouse Manager- STM176

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff while managing scheduling, productivity, and performance. Maintain accurate inventory records through audits and cycle counts, ensuring compliance with safety regulations like OSHA and DOT. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors and carriers, operating equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners. Implement layout improvements to maximize efficiency and monitor KPIs to reduce costs. Collaborate with procurement, operations, and customer service teams to meet business goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Requires 3+ years of warehouse experience, forklift certification preferred, and proficiency with WMS and Excel.
