Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations in St. Cloud, MN, including inventory control, WMS management, scheduling of incoming and outgoing loads, and reporting. Lead the Inventory Management team to optimize efficiency, supervise shipping/dispatching and the reclamation/recycling processes, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance through GMP walkthroughs and staff training on machinery. Drive a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on safety, accuracy, and customer-centric service.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse setting
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- valid ability to drive and operate forklifts and other company vehicles and equipment
