Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations and develop a high-performing team to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant distribution. Oversee loading/unloading, picking, stocking, staging, and inventory movement; supervise 2 warehouse staff and manage routes for 3 delivery drivers; coordinate physical and cycle counts; ensure OSHA and DOT compliance; review work orders, purchase orders, and inventory reports; maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse; provide coaching and performance feedback; partner with regional leadership to implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience managing a warehouse or distribution operation
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse reporting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
- Forklift experience preferred
