Job Summary
Oversee the accountability, issue, turn-in, and shipment of military training devices, including minefield marking equipment and simulated IEDs. Manage receipt, inventory, and storage for the Training Support Center Warehouse, conducting monthly 10% inventory checks and supervising daily data collections for TS-MATS Automation reports. Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and installation of training components while ensuring proper documentation of unserviceable items and returned equipment. Supervise assigned personnel in scheduling, training, safety, and compliance inspections, coordinating with rotational units for MILES/TADSS usage. Maintain accurate daily inventory listings and ensure all equipment is documented correctly in the TS-MATS Repair facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associate's degree in management or related field
- four (4) years' experience in training support center operations, military automated warehouse operations or civilian equivalent warehouse operations
- Working knowledge with MILES, CREW, VISMODS, TADSS and Supply Chain Management
- Capability to reassign personnel from one task to another at point of time when so required
- Experience pertaining to property accountability, usage, and appropriate disposition to interpret and apply guidance in Army property accountability regulations
- Proof of US citizenship or US permanent residency
- Valid driver's license, maintain Installation driving privileges
- Ability to operate forklift machinery
- Ability to pass all security requirements IAW military installation Provost Marshall's Policy in order to gain access to the installation
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Computer experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, PBUSE, COLT and MAXIMO systems
- Excellent communication skills when interfacing with military and civilian customers or management personnel
- Clarity and proficiency in all verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Must be able to operate forklift machinery
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must maintain Installation driving privileges
- Must be able to pass all security requirements IAW military installation Provost Marshall's Policy
- Must have proof of US citizenship or US permanent residency
- Must have working knowledge with MILES, CREW, VISMODS, TADSS and Supply Chain Management

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in management or related field is preferred
- Practical experience with Army logistics management systems and associated military systems for stock control and supply records keeping is strongly desired
