Job Summary
Lead warehouse operations from receiving product through staging for deliveries, ensuring products are received, tagged, stored, and prepared accurately. Build inventory systems that improve organization and efficiency while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace. Coach the team in the moment by setting clear daily expectations, providing consistent feedback, and holding people accountable to drive operational excellence. Collaborate proactively with Delivery, Install, Customer Care, and Retail teams to solve problems and ensure tomorrow's deliveries succeed. Work Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm in Peoria Heights, IL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong commitment to safety, organization, and operational excellence
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Clear, direct communication
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Collaborative mindset across departments
- Ability to lead by example
