Job Summary
Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations in the warehouse; supervise shipping and logistics team members, guiding them to timely, accurate packing, labeling, and shipment processing for outbound orders. Monitor shipping schedules, coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries, and maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation for incoming and outgoing devices. Drive adherence to productivity, accuracy, and turnaround goals; resolve shipping discrepancies and operational issues; enforce safety standards and shipping procedures. Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to sustain workflow efficiency and assist with process improvements to improve shipping accuracy and throughput.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with shipping systems, inventory systems, and warehouse workflows
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software systems
- Experience in consumer electronics, refurbishment, or distribution environments is a plus
