Job Summary
Measure and report warehousing activities and employee performance while organizing inventory and storage areas. Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy, maintain item records, and utilize reports to project warehouse status. Communicate job expectations, coach staff, and determine staffing levels to assign workload. Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems, and identify areas for improvement to establish innovative work procedures. Assist in daily delivery of transfer material between Buncher and Greensburg locations. Requires supervisory skills, knowledge of warehouse software, and strong leadership abilities.

- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Must have the ability to lead by example and train others
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must execute an Employment Agreement that includes a restrictive covenant (Non-Compete, Non-Disclosure)
- Must be available for 8-hour shift
- Must be available for in person work location
