Job Summary
Measure and report warehousing activities and employee performance while organizing inventory and storage areas. Ensure shipments and inventory transactions are accurate, maintain item records, and utilize reports to project warehouse status. Determine staffing levels, assign workload, and coach employees to meet job expectations. Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems, and assist in managing the fleet of trucks and drivers. Identify areas for improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices. This full-time role requires proven supervisory skills, knowledge of warehouse software, and strong leadership abilities to direct and coordinate operations.

- Must be available for 8-hour shift
