Warehouse Manager (Samut Sakhon)

Job Summary
Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control. Implement new warehouse projects, design operational solutions and layouts, and own site P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Develop SOPs, monitor performance against KPIs, and optimize utilization while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure service excellence. Prepare monthly KPI reports, manage service charges and billing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support recruitment, manpower planning, and employee performance management. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of warehouse experience with 2-3 in management, and ability to work near Samut Sakhon Industrial Estate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of warehouse operations experience with 2-3 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and WMS
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a location near Samut Sakhon Industrial Estate
- Must be entitled to work in Thailand
- Prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical
