Job Summary
Manage all warehouse activities, personnel, and distribution/receiving operations while planning space utilization and inventory flow. Direct and treat all employees in a professional manner, conduct monthly meetings, and oversee interviewing and hiring for warehouse, driver, and office staff. Ensure Company Code of Conduct implementation and disciplinary actions where necessary. Perform branch, office, and warehouse functions including customer contact, computer operations, sales ordering, cash handling, payroll, product ordering, inventory control, and accurate loading/unloading of delivery vehicles. Monitor driver delivery routing and DOT regulations. Salary range $67,000 - $80,000. 5-7 years related experience preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
