Job Summary
Manage daily warehouse operations by tracking inventory of control devices, instrumentation, and control valves while monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments. Organize the facility for efficiency and accessibility, coordinate with site managers and contractors to ensure job site needs are met, and verify deliveries to prevent shortages. Maintain a clean, safe environment and manage stock levels to support the industrial new construction E&I team. This role requires 3+ years of warehouse management experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Warehouse management experience (3+ years)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and excellent ability to multitask with the ability to prioritize
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience ordering and tracking
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction
- Able to lift parcels up to 50lbs
