Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager will support the Operations Manager in warehouse operations including inventory management, fleet management, safety management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries and ensuring proper FIFO/FEFO rotation, assisting with daily inventory counts, supervising in the Operations Manager’s absence, managing product rotation to meet customer and account manager needs, scheduling and inspecting fleet maintenance, inspecting warehouse cleanliness, ensuring nightly loading complies with policies, and repackage/reintroducing repackaged product into circulation within RBDC’s standards. Safety duties include educating employees on safety standards, advising leadership on safety compliance, reporting incidents, and ensuring conditions comply with standards. Requirements include 2+ years of warehouse management experience, valid US Driver’s license and DOT medical card, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and English language skills (additional languages advantageous).
