Job Summary
Warehouse Manager responsible for assisting management with warehouse operations, including receiving deliveries, inventory control, fleet maintenance coordination, and daily operations to drive operational excellence. Requires coordinating with Operations Manager on daily inventory, ensuring accurate counts, maintaining cleanliness and condition of the facility, conducting quarterly reviews with regional accounts, assisting in repackaging per RBNA standards, disposing of damaged/out-of-date products, scheduling fleet maintenance, and acting as the secondary contact for warehouse access and security. Strong communication, organizational and mathematical skills are needed, along with the ability to lift 25 lbs overhead regularly, stand/walk frequently, and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions. Preferred high school diploma or equivalent; DOT certification possible; background check and drug testing required; prior warehouse and beverage market knowledge considered a plus. Required Qualifications
