Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive warehouse or production management experience (food, beverage, or manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proven track record of improving safety, efficiency, and inventory accuracy
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
