Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team; oversee all aspects of warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping) to maximize efficiency and meet customer demands. Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with policies and standards (OSHA, ISO, HazMat), manage carrier routings and vendor relationships including contract negotiations, analyze KPIs to report on warehouse performance per customer, champion the Quality Management System (QMS) to enhance service offerings and secure contracts, implement and oversee safety protocols, maintain warehouse upkeep, and train staff across roles with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance. Participate in management meetings with strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in a medical products/equipment or medical warehouse environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience with ISO regulatory requirements a plus
- Hazmat rules and procedures beneficial
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel for reporting purposes
- 3-5 years of experience operating material handling equipment (both powered and manual)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
