Job Summary
Oversee all warehouse operations in Des Moines, IA, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control; lead a team of warehouse employees with hiring, training, performance management, and development; prioritize safety and compliance; implement process improvements to boost efficiency, accuracy, and productivity; ensure maintenance and proper operation of equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks); maintain accurate inventory and conduct cycle counts; collaborate with other departments to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment; monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement; leverage WMS experience and strong leadership and communication skills to drive results.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
