Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while coordinating inventory preparation for events, conventions, DLCs, and Summits. Manage outbound shipments to event locations and inbound returns, ensuring accurate reconciliation before and after each event. Collaborate with the Fulfillment Manager to align on inventory priorities, staffing needs, and workflow, while co-supervising warehouse and fulfillment staff. Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain control systems. Maintain a safe, organized environment and track operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience working in close partnership with a Fulfillment Manager
- Experience aligning on inventory priorities, staffing needs, and workflow
- Experience co-supervising, scheduling, and supporting warehouse and fulfillment staff
- Experience assigning tasks based on operational and event timelines
- Experience training staff on warehouse processes, safety, and event preparation protocols
- Experience monitoring stock levels, product locations, and event materials
- Experience conducting regular cycle counts and supporting full inventory audits
- Experience investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Experience maintaining inventory control systems
- Experience providing day-to-day direction to warehouse team members
- Experience supporting performance feedback, coaching, and accountability
- Experience ensuring adequate staffing coverage for both daily operations and event preparation
