Job Summary
Oversee all warehouse operations as a member of the Group’s Senior Management Team, including stock integrity, people leadership, pick/pack/despatch activities, and the effective management of logistics partners to ensure safe, timely and cost‐effective delivery of products to customers. Develop and sustain robust warehouse procedures aligned to growth plans, ensure training and compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company standards, and manage warehouse facilities. Drive continuous improvement, maintain accurate records, and embed a customer‐excellence mindset throughout the warehouse function, with a focus on service levels, productivity, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/data protection).
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience managing a warehouse or distribution operation with full operational accountability
