Job Summary

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, staging, loading, and delivery preparation. Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure products arrive accurately, safely, and on time. Supervise, train, schedule, and support warehouse and delivery drivers while maintaining accurate inventory records and audits. Ensure all orders are picked, loaded, and documented correctly before leaving the facility. Monitor vehicles, equipment, tools, and warehouse facilities to ensure they are safe, clean, organized, and properly maintained. Promote and enforce safety procedures, including proper lifting, equipment operation, and warehouse housekeeping. Communicate with sales, service, operations, and customer-facing teams regarding delivery timing, order status, special instructions, and issue resolution. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, workflow, delivery efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Address delivery concerns, damaged product issues, inventory discrepancies, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, logistics, distribution, and customer service
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Forklift experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and work in a warehouse environment throughout the day
  • Ability to lift and move heavy products and assist warehouse personnel as needed
  • Ability to work full-time in a warehouse and delivery operations environment
  • Ability to work a varying schedule based on business needs, delivery volume, and customer commitments
  • Able to start work at 6:00 a.m.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read work orders, delivery paperwork, inventory records, and basic reports
  • Comfortable using warehouse, inventory, routing, or business software systems
  • Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and excellent customer service
